Where It Comes From

Found along the shores of Lake Constance, the branch suggested a natural cantilever as soon as it was lifted. We followed that bend—easing edges, sealing the grain with oil, and mounting it to a quiet wood base—then stopped before the wood’s story was overworked. The mesh shade adds contrast; the limb keeps the gesture organic.
