Every single piece is handmade in-house by our founder at the ARBOR DESIGN workshop. We don’t outsource or rely on manufacturers — this ensures that each creation carries the same level of care, authenticity, and one-of-a-kind craftsmanship.

3. Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?

While we don’t list made-to-order products in the shop, we’re always open to your ideas. If you have a special request or concept, feel free to email info@arbordesign.ch — we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

4. What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship within Switzerland. For international orders, please contact us directly — we’re happy to arrange personalized shipping solutions on a case-by-case basis whenever possible. Each order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your unique piece arrives safely.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Our work is rooted in nature, refined by hand, and singular by design. We collect much of our wood along the shores of Lake Constance, giving new life to reclaimed and naturally weathered materials. This mindful process ensures each piece is not only sustainable but also carries a unique story of place and time.

11. Can I see your products in person?

At the moment, ARBOR DESIGN operates primarily online. However, we occasionally participate in local markets and exhibitions in Eastern Switzerland. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming events and opportunities to experience our work in person.

12. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards which can be purchased directly through our store. They make a thoughtful gift and allow your recipient to choose something truly meaningful and unique.

13. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Each piece is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details once your order is on its way.

14. Do you restock sold-out items?

No two ARBOR pieces are ever the same. When an item sells out, it cannot be replicated, though similar styles may appear again. Every creation is one-of-a-kind, carrying its own form, texture, and story. If you love something, we recommend acting quickly — or contact us for insights on upcoming availability.
