Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with ARBOR DESIGN! We ship all orders from Switzerland using Swiss Post. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Options:

  • A Mail (Priority) – 1–2 business days
  • B Mail (Economy) – 2–3 business days

Tracking: Available on all parcels.

International Orders – By Request

As of now, ARBOR DESIGN ships within Switzerland only.

However, if you're located outside of Switzerland and would like to place an order, please reach out to us directly at info@arbordesign.ch. We’re happy to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis where possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We’re not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with Swiss Post to resolve it quickly.
